难治性类风湿关节炎的诊疗思路探讨

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病,部分患者较难治愈。本文中,作者以"毒邪致病证"为理论基础,结合临床实践及体会对类风湿关节炎的病因病机进行了探讨,分析了其难治的原因,并提出了从毒论治难治性类风湿关节炎的诊疗思路。Rheumatoid arthritis is a type of autoimmune diseases,and difficult to recover for some patients.In present article,based on ＇pathogen causing disease/syndrome＇ theory,the author discusses his clinical experience on pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis,analyzes reason for being refractory,and proposed a pathogen oriented way of diagnosis and treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
