泽泻汤加味方对原发性高血压痰湿壅盛证症候影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨泽泻汤加味方对原发性高血压痰湿壅盛型患者症候的改善作用。方法:入选原发性高血压痰湿壅盛型患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予复代文,对照组给予泽泻汤加味方联合复代文口服治疗,随访28天,观察中医整体症候、各单项症状改善情况。结果:2组中医症候总积分均有下降,与治疗前比较差异性显著(P<0.01);治疗组与同期对照组比较差异性显著(P<0.01),以治疗组为优。2组中眩晕、头痛、头重如裹、胸闷、失眠、心悸的各自积分与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.01);其中,眩晕、头痛、失眠的积分治疗组与同期对照组比较有差异性(P<0.01或P<0.05),以治疗组为优。结论:泽泻汤加味方能较好地改善原发性高血压痰湿壅盛型患者中医整体症候,对主症中的眩晕、头痛,次症中的失眠症状改善更为明显,从而具有提高患者生活质量作用。Objective：To discuss effect of Zexie Decoction on primary hypertension of excessive phlegm pattern.Methods： Eighty patient with primary hypertension of excessive phlegm pattern were randomized to two groups,one group with Diovan,the other with Zexie Decoction plus Diovan.In 28-day follow-up visit,overall syndrome and single symptoms improvements were observed.Results： After treatment,overall syndrome rating decreased when compared with that of prior treatment（P0.01）,for which the control group was better than treatment group（P0.01）;Compared with before treatment,symptoms such as vertigo,headache,chest stuff,insomnia,palpitation improved significantly（P0.01）,vertigo,headache and insomnia in particular were better improved in treatment group than control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion： Zexie Decoction can better improvement Primary Hypertension of Excessive Phlegm Pattern Patient traditional chinese medicine macrocosm symptoms,can improvement more obvious to main symptom＇s Vertigo,headache,hypo-symptom ＇s insomnia.
