清脑片对大鼠记忆力的影响及抗衰老作用机制

摘　　要：给３ 月龄大鼠皮下注射Ｄ半乳糖制成衰老模型，用清脑片进行治疗。测定大鼠记忆力及大鼠不同脑区中抗氧化酶活性和游离氨基酸水平，并同正常３ 月龄大鼠和未经治疗的衰老模型大鼠作对照研究。结果表明，清脑片具有改善记忆力和抗衰老作用。The aging model rats were acquired by sc D galactose in 3 month old rats and they were treated with “Qing Nao Pian”(QNP), using the 3 month old rats and the aging model rats without treatment as control groups. The memory of these rats and superoxide dismutase,catalase,aspartic,glutamic,γ aminobutyric acid in five different brain regions were measured. Results showed that QNP can improve memory and prevent senility.
