摘　　要：介绍了停车政策制定应坚持的原则，以武威市为例介绍了两种停车供应的模式，在制定停车政策的时候应将停车需求与城市土地开发相结合，合理增加停车泊位数量。通过制定合理的停车收费标准，使交通的发展顺应城市的发展。The principle that Parking Public should adhere have been introduced, for the example of WUWEI, there are two parking supply pattern have been introduction. When making publics should integrate parking demad with city ]and development in order to add berth of parking lot. Marking reasonable standard of parking fee could made traffic development comply with city development
