摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,利用市场学、人文学、经济学、传播学、体育学、统计学、体育经济学等理论,结合滑雪产业自身的特点,考察黑龙江省滑雪资源开发现状,分析滑雪产业拉动地方经济发展情况,指出黑龙江省滑雪资源开发具有深远价值,但开发缺乏规划,开发市场混乱现象较严重,多数滑雪场的经济效益不高,高档雪场品牌培养的收效较明显,消费品市场有待健全和完善,拉动当地经济发展及解决农村劳动力转移情况较明显,但仍需提高。With the methods of documentary information,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,with the theories of marketing,humanism,economics,communication,physical education,statistics and sports economy,considering the characteristics of skiing industry,the paper has an investigation on the current status of exploiting the skiing resource in Heilongjiang province and analyzes the effect of skiing industry on developing the local economy.It indicates that the value of exploiting Heilongjiang skiing resource is far-reaching,but the market is disordered with lacking development plan and the economic benefit of most skiing resorts is low.The effect of developing the high-grade skiing resort brand is well,but the consumer markets have yet to be improved.It's obvious to develop the local economy and resolve the employment problem of rural labor force,but the development should be enhanced.
