摘 要:随着我国交通基础设施建设快速发展,铁路、公路及其它工程之间的交叉越来越多,交叉工程施工不可避免地对道路交通造成影响,阻碍正常的交通运行.本文依托对合肥南环铁路上跨包河大道收费站这一典型案例,通过对交叉工程施工过程中道路通行能力的计算分析,对施工期间的交通疏导方案进行验算和修正,使施工期预留的交通条件满足正常的交通需求.本文所采用的理论分析、计算及分阶段分析评价方法,可用于同类型涉路工程建设方案的参考,将施工期间道路通行能力及组织方式由感性判断提升到理论分析的水平.With the rapid development of China's transportation infrastructure construction,there are a growing number of intersections of railway and freeway constructions.Inevitably,this produces adverse effects on road traffic.The freeway overpass toll station on Hefei South Ring Railway is a case in point.This paper examines the freeway capacity of this project during its construction of intersection sections.Furthermore,the scheme of this project is checked and improved,providing conditions where traffic can run normally over the constructing period.The theoretical analysis,calculations and evaluation approaches to phase analysis adopted in this paper can be applied to road constructions of this kind,indicating that freeway capacity and organizing methods during construction can be theoretically analyzed rather than being merely perceptually judged.
