摘　　要：构建了基于非晶态合金丝的纸币防伪安全线测量系统。该系统包括硬件和软件2个部分。硬件主要由传感器与PC机组成。传感器采用单非晶丝磁芯双绕组结构的磁敏探头,改善了传感器的性能,可更精确地检测纸币上的微弱磁信号。介绍了传感器的工作原理,并设计了传感器的信号处理电路,对研制中的关键技术进行了分析。通过LabVIEW软件,实现数据的自动采集和分析。实验表明:该系统使用简单、灵敏度高,并能方便的对测量数据进行存储和分析。A testing system of RMB anti-counterfeiting safety line based on amorphous wire was constructed.It is composed of two parts,hardware and software.Hardware mainly contains PC and sensor which is used to measure experimental data.A magnetic sensitive element of sensor utilizing single-core and double-winding structure was proposed.Characteristics of sensor were improved and that make the sensor detect RMB weak magnetic signal easily.The principle of the sensor was described and the signal processing circuit was designed.The key technology to develop the sensor was analyzed.The data can be automatically acquired and analyzed based on LabVIEW software.Experiments show that the system is simple,it has high sensitivity and can store,analyze measurement data easily.
