摘　　要：本文结合“质量工程”的大背景，从培养目标、专业定位、课程体系建设、实践环节建设等四个方面论述了“质量工程”对人才培养的指导性作用，为培养高素质的人才提供参考。Under the background of ＂quality engineering＂, the guiding effects of ＂quality engineering＂ to talent cultivation is discussed in four aspects： the goal of cultivation, discipline orientation, course system construction and practice tache construction. It can be used to provide reference for cultivate high quality talent.
