印制电路板三防涂覆电性能研究

摘  要:三防涂覆是提高印制电路板在恶劣工作环境中可靠性的主要技术。在湿热、盐雾、霉菌环境下,三防涂料DBSF-6101具有很强的防护作用,能保持电路板良好的绝缘、耐压和特性阻抗电性能。分析研究了三防涂层与电路板电性能的关系,提出了提高性能指标的方法。painting with materials against humidity, salt frog and mildew is one of the most reliable technique to improve the reliability and stability of printed circles under bad working conditions. Thanks to the strong protection of the dope named DBSF-6101, circles can maintain good performance in insulation, pressure-resistance and characteristic impedance. In this paper, analysis is made on the relations between the painting parts and electric performance as well as the methods for improving the performance.
