摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床方法及护理配合。方法:对近三年来我院收治的30例经阴式子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果及术前护理、术中手术配合、术后护理进行分析。结果:术后所有患者恢复良好,月经正常,妇科检查无异常,B超未发现残余肌瘤。结论:阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术为微创手术,临床应用比传统经腹子宫肌瘤剔除更安全可靠,在整个治疗活动期间,护理作用巨大,患者配合治疗和护理,有利于身体恢复。Objective：The discussion rejects the technique after the vagina fibroid the clinical method and the nursing coordination.Method： Nurses to for the past three years my courtyard admitting 30 examples after the cloudy -like fibroid patient＇s clinical effect and the technique,in the technique the surgery coordinates,the technique nurses carries on the analysis.Finally：After the technique,all patients restore good,the menstruation is normal,the gynecological examination does not have exceptionally,the ultrasound has not discovered the remaining myoma.Conclusion： The vagina fibroid rejects the technique for micro to create the surgery,the clinical practice rejects safely compared to the tradition after the abdomen fibroid reliable,in the entire treatment period,the nursing function is huge,the patient coordination treats and nurses,is advantageous in the body restores.
