人工流产术后即时放置活性γ型(安适)、Gynefix、Tcu220和元宫型节育器临床效果观察分析

摘　　要：目的:观察人工流产术后分别在宫内安置Gynefix(吉妮)、活性γ型(安适)、Tcu220和元宫含铜金属单环的临床效果,并对副反应、不良反应发生率、脱落率进行比较。方法:选择妊娠在6～10周以内,妊娠经过正常,无先兆流产和感染迹象,无放置IUD禁忌症,无人工流产并发症如人流综合征,术中出血等,术后确认无宫内残留物,按统一标准接受对象,依据宫颈有无炎症,宫腔大小及受术者意愿分别选择安置Gynefix(吉妮)、活性γ型(安适)、Tcu220和元宫含铜金属单环,在术后1、3、6、12、24个月分别随访,了解置器者的自觉症状、月经改变等情况,B超监测IUD在宫腔的位置。结论:安适、Gynefix、Tcu220三种节育器流产术后放置效果较为满意,其中安适环尤其适宜以往月经量多,腰腹疼痛症状明显者。Objective：After observing the induced abortion technique,places Gynefix separately in the palace（Jini）,activeness Gamma （peaceful and comfortable）,Tcu220 and Yuan Gonghan the copper metal simple ring clinical effect,and to the side reaction,the untoward effect formation rate,abscission rate carries on the comparison.Method：The choice pregnancy within 6～10 weeks,the pregnancy passes through normally, the non-threatened miscarriage and the infection sign,non -lay aside the IUD contraindication,not induced abortion complication like stream of people syndrome,in technique hemorrhage and so on,after the technique,confirms does not have in the palace the residuum,accepts the object according to the unified standards,whether there is the basis cervix of the uterus inflammation,the palace cavity size and is chosen separately the technique wish places Gynefix（Jini）,activeness Gamma（peaceful and comfortable）,Tcu220 and Yuan Gonghan the copper metal simple ring,in the technique latter 1,3,6,12,24 months makes a follow-up visit separately,understood sets situations and so on subjective symptom, menstruation change,the ultrasound monitors IUDIn palace cavity position.Conclusion：After peaceful and comfortable,Gynefix, Tcu220san kind of birth control miscarriage technique,lays aside the effect to be more satisfied,the peaceful and comfortable link is suitable the former volume of menstrual flow to be many especially,waist abdomen ache symptom obvious.
