摘　　要：目的:探讨胎膜早破对母婴的影响,分析其发生的原因,寻找正确的处理方法。保证母婴健康。方法:对我院2009年1月至12月403例胎膜早破和无胎膜早破500例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:早产、新生儿窒息、产褥感染、脐带脱垂及剖宫产率明显高于对照组。结论:加强产前及孕期保健积极治疗和避免各种高危因素,降低胎膜早破的发生率,提高围产儿的成活率。Goal：The discussion fetal membrane breaks early to the maternal infant the influence,analyzes reason which it occurs,seeks for the correct processing method.Guarantees the maternal infant health.Method：Breaks and does not have the fetal membrane broken 500 example clinical material early to my courtyard 2009.1 - in December 403 example fetal membranes to carry on the review analysis early.Finally：The premature delivery,the newborn suffocate,the puerperal infection,the umbilical cord to escape hang and the c-section rate are higher than the control group obviously.Conclusion：Strengthens pre-natal and the gestation period health care active treatment and avoids each kind of high-risk factor,cuts the fetal membrane early broken formation rate,enhances encircles the product the survival rate.
