摘 要:目的:探讨胎儿颅脑超声对新生儿早期脑损伤的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法:回顾性分析了112例新生儿早期脑损伤的颅脑超声诊断,总结其颅脑超声声像图表现特征。结果:112例颅脑超声诊断的早期脑损伤的新生儿经CT或MRI及临床诊断或随访确诊,其中脑室周围—脑室内出血37例;脑实质出血16例;硬脑膜下出血9例,蛛网膜下腔出血5例,小脑出血3例;新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病21例;早产儿脑室周围白质软化15例;新生儿脑梗死2例;脑脓肿4例。其中合并脑积水58例。结论:颅脑超声可以早期发现新生儿早期脑损伤,通过对新生儿颅内结构及脑损伤的全面了解,对临床正确处理提供依据。Objective:To explore fetal neonatal craniocerebral ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early brain damage value and their clinical significance.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 112 newborns early craniocerebral ultrasound diagnosis of brain damage,and to sum up the craniocerebral ultrasonic ultrasonographic performance characteristics.Results:112 cases of cerebral ultrasound diagnosis of early brain damage of neonatal by CT or MRI and clinical diagnosis or follow-up diagnose,including ventricle around - intraventricular hemorrhage 37 cases,Parenchymal hemorrhage 16 cases).Subdural hemorrhage in 9 cases,subarachnoid hemorrhage in 5 cases,small cerebral hemorrhage in 3 patients, Neonatal ischemia broadened encephalopathy 21 cases,Premature ventricle surrounding white matter softening in 15 cases,Neonatal cerebral infarction in 2 cases,Brain abscesses 4 cases.One merger hydrocephalus 58 cases.Conclusion:Early detection of neonatal craniocerebral ultrasound can early brain damage,through to the newborn intracranial structures and comprehensive understanding of brain damage for clinical correctly handle provides the basis.
