摘　　要：开发建设基于以网络资源共享为实现与应用目的的数据库资源共享系统,管理平台采用基于B/S结构,页面通过asp.net技术实现,数据库系统使用SQL Server 2000作为创建、发布和管理的平台。通过对专业信息的收集、组织、加工、标引、保存、发布,建成比较完整的、具有良好数据库框架和符合网络资源共享要求的公共检索服务平台。将成为地区和相关行业的科研院所和企事业单位在学科建设、决策管理、市场营销与科技开发中重要的信息资源保障。The construction and development is based on the database resource sharing system by network.The management platform uses B/S structure,and the page uses asp.net technology.The database system takes SQL Server 2000 as the creating,publishing and managing platform.A public access service platform is established by collecting,organizing,classifying,proofreading,archiving and distributing information,which has relatively integrity and good database framework,and is able to meet the requirements of the network resource sharing.It will become a guarantee of the information resources in subject development,decision management,marketing management,or technical development for the relative research institutes and enterprises
