论全球化时代“两制关系”本质对立与发展合作的辩证统一

摘　　要：在全球化时代,社会主义与资本主义"两制关系"的发展经历了冷战对峙向合作对话的转化,越来越呈现出了"本质对立"与"发展合作"同时并存的发展态势。这一方面是由于社会主义与资本主义的价值目标和运行机制的不同使之对立与生俱来;另一方面,由于历史发展的跳跃性,社会主义首先诞生于经济文化较落后国家,无论是在生产力发展水平上还是在社会发展的完善程度上都还比较落后,社会主义要取得最终优势还必须大力学习和借鉴资本主义的一切文明成果;再一方面,在全球化时代,面对全球性问题的挑战,"发展合作"将成为两制关系的一种理性的选择,并且社会主义替代资本主义的进程将在"对立"与"合作"的博弈中不断推进。In the era of globalization, the relationships between socialism and capitalism, which developed through the cold war and confrontation t cooperation and dialogue, are more and more presented to the trend of ＂essential confrontation and ＂developmental cooperation＂ side by side. On one hand, the different value of targets and operational mechanisms make the conflict is inherent to. On the other hand, owing to the historical development of the jumping, the socialism was first born in the less developed countries, whether in the level of productivity or in the degree of social development, so to get the ultimate advantage the socialism must learn all the achievements of capitalism. Besides, devetopmentacl cooperation between socialism and capitalism will be a rational choice facing the- challenge of global issues in the era of globalization, and the ＂confrontation＂ and ＂Cooperation＂ will promote the histori- cal process of the socialist alternative to capitalism continued.
