摘 要:将疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺AP-P4溶解过程划分为三种混合状态(搅拌槽中刚加入聚合物颗粒、溶胀刚结束和溶解完成),并采用计算流体力学方法分别对采用二斜叶桨式搅拌器XJD和新型翼型上推式搅拌器KCXU时溶解聚合物AP-P4的三种混合状态的流动进行了数值模拟,获得了两种搅拌器槽内的流场特性和XJD、KCXU搅拌器不同状态时的循环流量和功率消耗。结果表明:除第一种混合状态下的流体流速外,KCXU搅拌槽内的流体流速和循环流量要大于XJD槽内所产生的,说明KCXU搅拌器比XJD搅拌器具有更好的溶解均一化及更高的循环速率。搅拌器功率模拟值与实验数据偏差在16%以内。上述研究结果对于工业搅拌器的优化具有重要的意义。Dissolution process of hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide AP-P4 was divided into three mixing states(the start of AP-P4 just feeding,the end of swelling,the end of dissolution).The flow fields of the three states in the dissolution tank with Pitched blade XJD and the new hydrofoil impeller KCXU were numerically simulated respectively by using computational fluid danymics(CFD) method.The fluid velocities,circulation flow rates and shaft powers of the two impellers were investigated.The results show that,in three different states of AP-P4 dissolution process,the fluid velocities and the circulation flow rates in the stirred tank with KCXU are significantly greater than that in stirred tank with XJD,which indicates KCXU can increase the circulating rate.The deviations between the measured and the simulated shaft powers are within 16%.These results are of significance for the optimization of the industrial stirred tanks.
