HPLC法测定替硝唑内服制剂药物动力学参数

摘　　要：10名男性健康志愿者随机突又一次日服停硝唑胶囊或片剂1g，用HPLC法测定血药浓度。结果表明，两种制剂的药一时曲线均符合一定模型，片剂和胶囊剂的主要药动学参数分别为：t1/2a（h）；0．31±0.19，0．31±0.15；Cmax（mg／L）：19.68±2.04，20.80±1.43；AUC（mg／h·L）：4625±34．2，472．8±43．5。A single dose(lg) of either tinidazole capsules or tablets was taken by 10 healthy male vol-unteers in the randomized cross way. The tinidazole concentration in serum was determined by HPLC-UVmethod. The results showed that the serum concentration-time curves of the two preparations were fittedto one-compartment model. Their pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows respectively: t1/2a (h): 0.31±0.19 and 0. 31±0.15；Cmax(mg/L): 19.68±2. 04 and 20.80±1.43；AUC (mg/h. L): 462. 5±34. 2 and472. 8±43. 5； There was no significant difference between two heads of data.
