摘　　要：近年来,大学生就业难日益成为社会关注的焦点问题。而就业能力不足是大学生就业难的主要原因。社会经济发展处于后危机时代,高校教育培养方式及大学生自身素质有待提高是大学生就业能力不足的主要因素。试分别从社会发展、高校教育、大学生自身三个方面分析原因,并且找出相应的对策,以期能提高大学生就业能力,缓解就业压力。In recent years,the employment of college students has been continually difficult and it has become a focus topic in our society.The key is the insufficient in employment competence.The social and economic development requires the college students to improve their employment ability of the major factors.From the perspective of social development,the higher education development and the students themselves,the paper analyzes the employment problems in order to help raise the employment competence for the college students.
