摘　　要：法治社会是和谐社会的首要特征和核心内容,是和谐社会的前提基础和制度保障,因此,和谐社会实质上就是一种法治社会。法治建设是和谐社会的必备要素,法治建设的基本价值要素——秩序、人权、正义、效益,是和谐社会形成的必要条件。在现代文明建设中,法治建设所追求的价值准则和目标取向就是社会和谐。因此,法治社会的终极目标就是和谐社会。The society ruled by law is the prime feature and the core of harmonious society construction.It？s also the premise and the foundation of the harmonious society.Construction of the legal system is the essential elements of harmonious society.The value elements of a society ruled by law includes ： social order,human rights,justice.In the construction of modern civilization,the value criteria and target of society ruled by law is the harmonious society.Therefore,the ultimate goal of society ruled by law is harmonious society.
