民办高校创优异竞技体育成绩的实证研究——以广东培正学院课余训练为例

摘　　要：主要运用文献法与分析法,从院领导与部门管理层面、教练员层面以及学生运动员层面探讨广东培正学院取得优异竞技体育成绩的几点经验,旨在为民办高校课余训练开展提供借鉴;认识构成课余训练系统各个因素的特点,理顺其关系,打造一个符合民办高校现状的一线教练员队伍,是民办高校课余训练取得成绩的关键。With the method of literature and analysis,this paper discussed several problems about how to create an excellent sports performance,which involves in the college leadership and the department management,the coaches and student athlete level.Ii is of importance to grasp the characteristics of each factor,to understand the relationship among those factors,and it is the key to get an excellent coaches for private-owned colleges.
