加强军队院校参谋队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：参谋队伍建设是部队人才建设的重要内容,也是军队院校推进人才战略工程的关键环节。院校参谋队伍建设,对院校人才培养和全面建设具有重要影响。文中在分析院校参谋的特点、职能和素质要求的基础上,厘清了影响和制约参谋队伍建设的各类因素,提出了进一步加强院校参谋队伍建设的对策性意见。As the key part and section of military human resources strategic project,staff officers training has an important effect on talent cultivation and all-round construction of military academies.Based on analyzing the characteristics,roles,qualities of the staff officers and identifying the factors influencing and restricting the team construction of the staff officers,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the staff officers training.
