摘　　要：当代治理理论产生兴起于西方发达国家,其以主体多元化、手段多样化、过程互动化和目标共赢化为核心思想,是认识理解当代社会现实、解决当代社会现实问题的一种重要而有益的分析框架与方法工具。Contemporary governance theory originates from the western developed countries.As the pluralism of subjects,the diversity of measures,the interaction of process and the all-win of aim to be its core,governance theory is a significant and useful framework or tool used to analyze and realize contemporary social realities,and to solve the social problems as well.
