养阴清热通淋方治疗老年复发性尿路感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴清热通淋方对老年复发性尿路感染的疗效。方法:选择2007年10月-2009年10月本院门诊及住院80例老年复发性尿路感染患者,以养阴清热通淋方为基础方治疗40例患者,常规抗生素治疗40例患者作为对照,观察两组患者临床疗效及外周血T淋巴细胞水平变化。结果:中药组患者临床治愈率为70.0%,总有效率95.0%;对照组临床治愈率47.5%,总有效率72.5%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。中药组患者治疗后CD4+水平上升、CD8+水平下降,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.05);对照组CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+水平变化不明显,治疗前后及组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养阴清热通淋方治疗老年复发性尿路感染疗效可靠,具有良好的研究前景。Objective：To observe the effects of Yangyinqingretonglin formulae on recurrent urinary tract infection in senile patients.Methods：The clinical data were collected from 80 senile patients with recurrent urinary tract infection in our hospital.Forty patients were treated with Yangyinqingretonglin formulae as TCM group,and the following 40 cases were treated with antibiotic as comparison group.The therapeutic effects and the change of T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood in two groups were observed.Results：The healing rate of TCM group（70.0%） was higher than that of comparison group（47.5%）,and the total efficacy rate of TCM group（95.0%） was higher than that of comparison group（72.5%）（P0.05）.In the patients of TCM group,CD4＋ T lymphocyte and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio increased,while CD8＋ T lymphocyte decreased（P0.05）.The changes of these indexes were not improved significantly after treatment with antibiotic.Conclusion：The curative effect of Yangyinqingretonglin formulae in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection in senile patients was credible,which showed good investigative foreground.
