摘　　要：物业管理是适应于市场经济的一种先进的管理模式,它集管理、经营、服务于一体,具有广阔的发展前景。本文以农民集中居住的村镇为研究对象,讨论了适合农村公共资源的物业管理模式,并分析了农村及中小城镇的居住环境现状,指出了不同类型农村实施物业服务管理的可能性,最后总结了在农村实施物业服务管理的基本内容及特点。Property management is an advanced operation mode which is adapted to the market economy.Actually,it combined management,operation and service,which possess a spacious develop prospect.This dissertation aims to target at Chinese countryside,discuss management modes which suit public resource of countryside.Furthermore,it analyzed the living condition in country,analyzed the possibility for different types of country areas to carry out property management.At the end,it summarized the basic contents and features of property management in country areas.
