摘　　要：目的建立心可宁胶囊中羟基红花黄素A的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件：Kro-masil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μL）;流动相：甲醇-乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液（26∶2∶72）;检测波长：403 nm;柱温25℃;流速1 mL.min-1。结果羟基红花黄素A的回归方程为y=248478 x＋149,R=0.9999（n=6）,线性范围：12.52~137.72μg.mL-1平均回收率为99.08%,RSD为1.13%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可作为心可宁胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective：To develop an method for determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Xinkening capsules.Methods：The HPLC analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μL） with mobile phase of CH3OH-CH3CN-0.5% H3PO4 water solution（V∶V∶V=26∶2∶72）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 403 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results：The Hydroxysafflor yellow A of recursive equation was：y=248478 x＋149,R=0.9999（n=6）.The linearrange of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 12.52～137.72 μg.mL-1,and the average recovery was 99.08% with RSD=1.13%.Conclusion：This method is practicable,convenient,precise and reliable.It can control the quality of xinkening capsule effectively.
