设施黄瓜果实发育过程中品质及形态变化规律的研究

摘　　要：研究了设施早熟栽培条件下黄瓜果实的品质及形态指标在生长发育过程中的变化规律,为设施栽培产品品质优化提供依据,指导生产合理采收。研究结果表明大棚早熟栽培随着黄瓜果实的发育,果长和横径在开花后0~9 d迅速增加,随后增加幅度变得缓慢;单果重在开花后6~9 d和11~21 d为迅速增加期;含水量和维生素C含量在0~9 d迅速增加,随后趋于稳定;果实中的可溶性糖含量呈现双峰型的变化趋势,其中开花后12 d和17d的可溶性糖含量最高;果实可溶性固形物含量在开花后6 d含量最高,随后有所降低。综合形态、品质及口感,大棚早熟栽培黄瓜在开花后9~12 d为最佳采收期。The paper explores the fruit quality and morphological indicators during the development process of cucumber fruits under precocious cultivation.The results show that under precocious cultivation,cucumber fruit diameter and length increase rapidly in 0～9 days after flowering,then the increasing rate slows down;6～9 and 11～21 days after flowering are the rapid growth period of single fruit weight;water content and VC content in 0～9 days increase rapidly,and then stabilize;the soluble sugar content shows bimodal changes,and 12 days and 17 days after flowering are the peak;fruit soluble solid content remains the highest in 6 days after flowering,then decreases.According to general evaluation of its morphology,quality and taste,the best harvest time for cucumber under precocions cultivation is 9～12 days after flowering.
