摘  要:分析了水颗粒在高压/高频交流电场中的聚结机理及变形破裂规律,基于设计的矩形静电聚结试验装置和高压/高频交流电源,研究了电场强度、脉冲频率、电场停留时间、绝缘层厚度等参数对不同含水率W/O型乳化液中分散相水颗粒静电聚结特性的影响。结果表明,电场强度是影响水颗粒聚结效果的主要因素,但增大到一定值后会发生电分散现象,影响破乳效果;脉冲频率、电场停留时间、绝缘层厚度等参数对聚结效果和电能消耗均产生重要影响。Coalescence mechanism,deformation and breaking rules of droplets under high-voltage/high-frequency alternating electric field were analyzed.Based on the designed electro-coalescence experimental apparatus with rectangular flow channel and high-voltage/high frequency alternating power,the effects of field intensity,pulsed frequency,residence time in electric field,insulation thickness on the electrostatic coalescing characteristics of dispersed droplets were studied with different water contents W/O emulsions.The results show that field intensity is the major factor affecting coalescing process of dispersed droplet,but as it is raised to certain degree it would be dispersed to influence the breaking effect.The parameters such as breaking effect,pulsed frequency,residence time in electric field,insulation thickness play an important role on coalescence effect and power consumption.
