摘  要:油田用小型储罐的安全性和可靠性非常重要,而储罐人孔处的焊接应力是最大、最复杂的,分析人孔处的应力是非常必要的。通过对焊接熔池中复杂的热过程用导热连续体中的焊接热源加以近似,建立二氧化碳气体保护焊的双椭球形热源模型,推导出人孔焊接应力最大值的计算公式并求出其应力集中系数的参考值。这种新的分析焊接应力的方法,计算较准确,对油田用压力容器焊接应力的分析有着积极的意义。The safety and reliability of oilfield used small storage tank were very important.The stress on its manhole was high and complex,so it was necessary to analyze the welding stress of manhole of the storage tank.The complex process in the welding pool was ignored,its complex thermal process was simulated by continuous conductive welding heat source.A double ellipsoid heat source model is established for protected carbon dioxide welding,a calculating formula of the maximum welding stress of manhole and the reference value of stress concentration factor are derived.This new method of welding stress analysis can be used for more accurately calculating the welding stress,it has positive meaning for welding stress analysis of pressure vessel.
