中轴远距离包埋缝合法治疗屈肌腱断裂

摘　　要：目的 :为了克服肌腱术后早期活动所需的张力 ,更有效地减少肌腱粘连 ,寻找一种有效的屈肌腱缝合法。方法 :用中轴远距离包埋法缝合 15例 2 4条肌腱 ,术后 72h早期伸屈活动。结果 :全部病例得到随访 ,随访时间为 6～ 12mo ,平均为 10mo ,按TAM评定方法评定疗效 :优 :16条 ;良 :5条 ;差 :3条。优良率为 87 5 % ,无一例断裂。结论 :中轴远距离包埋缝合法操作简单 ,抗拉强度足够临床需要 。Objective:To adopt a new suture technique which the author has designed to lessen the post operative adhesion of flexor tendons and improve the operative quality.Methods:Core long-distance buried technique was performed in the operation of primary tendon repair of 24 flexor tendons in 15 cases.Early active movement was initiated 72 hours postoperatively.Results:Assessed by TAM standard ,the treatment effect of this series was as follows:there are 16 excellent,5 good and 3 poor in an average of 10 months follow-up.The excellent and good rate was 87.5%.No one case ruptured.Conclusion:This suture had the potential to be used in repair of flexor tendon rupture,withstanding early active movement.
