摘　　要：目的 :寻找关节镜手术治疗胫骨髁间隆起撕脱骨折的新方法 ,并对损伤机制和镜下手术原则进行分析。方法 :临床行镜下手术治疗胫骨髁间隆起撕脱骨折 4例。结果 :术后随访 1 5～ 4mo ,X线片复查 4例骨折均无移位 ,检查抽屉试验均转阴 ,3例膝关节活动范围 0°(屈 ) 10 0°(伸 )。结论 :关节镜手术治疗胫骨髁间隆起撕脱骨折较切开复位手术创伤小 ,对关节内环境干扰小 ,反应轻 ,功能恢复快 。Objective:To advance a kind of new operative method for avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence with arthroscope.To analyse the mechanism of injury and operative principle.Methods:The arthroscope operation was done to treat patients with avulsion fractures of tibial intercondylar eminence in 4 cases.Results:All patients were followed up for an average of 3 months.The fractures had good union and the positive drawer test were improved negative.The active angle of knee joint reached from o° to 100° in 3 cases.Conclusion:The treatment for avulsion fractures of tibial intercondylar eminence with arthroscope had the advantages of smaller wound,less interference inside the joint,slighter reaction and faster functional recovery comparing with arthrotomy reduciton.
