摘 要:为了提高露天矿抛掷爆破的有效抛掷率,根据影响有效抛掷率的因素,研究了炮孔倾角、台阶高度H与采宽B比值、炸药单耗对有效抛掷率的影响效果。结果表明:抛掷爆破采用倾斜炮孔,倾角要与台阶坡面角相近,台阶高度和采宽比通常为0.4~0.85,高能量炸药单耗为0.36~0.61 kg/m3。最后,通过黑岱沟露天煤矿抛掷爆破试验,验证了3种参数对有效抛掷率的影响情况。In order to enhance effective throwing rate of casting blast,base on the factors of affecting the effective throwing rate,inclination angle of hole,ratio of bench height and bench width,explosive consumption of blasting unit rock were analyzed,their affect also were studied.The results show that casting blast adopt inclined hole,inclination angle of hole should be similar to slope angle of bench,and ratio of bench height and bench width is about 0.4~0.85,and high-energy explosive consumption of blasting unit rock is about 0.36~0.61kg/m3.Last,through casting blast test of Heidaigou surface,the three parameters of impact factors on effective throwing rate were verified.
