摘  要:由于组成和流态的复杂性,凝析天然气测量属于多相流测量范畴中的特例,准确测量各相流量的大小具有较大难度,现有测量技术无法满足凝析天然气测量对测量范围、测量精度和实时性的需求。为此,开发了一种基于内锥与文丘里组合的新型双节流多级差压凝析天然气测量技术,该技术考虑了内锥边壁收缩与文丘里中心收缩的特性,将两者上下游串联,形成双差压测量信息,通过虚高模型差异性,满足了较高的测量精度。实验室性能验证和工业现场性能验证结果表明,该技术的气相测量误差在±2%以内,液相测量误差在±10%以内,测量精度指标达到甚至超过了国外同类产品的技术水平。Due to its complexity of components and flow regime,natural gas condensate(wet gas) is a special case in the multi-phase fluids flow measurement.Not to mention the great difficulty in the accurate measurement of each phase flow rate,the current technologies can not meet the requirement for the range,accuracy and real-time of wet gas measurement.In view of this,a new technology of condensate gas measurement with a double throttle device and multi-stage pressure drop based on a combination of V-cone and Venturi tubes.This technology takes into account the shrinkage characteristics of both outside/inside surface of pipe wall in the V-cone throttle device and the central tube in the Venturi throttle device.On basis of this,two overreading measurement models are built up according to the two overreading measurement values and their inherent laws respectively.By repeat use of the iterative correction method,the flow rates of the gas-liquid two-phase wet gas can be measured respectively.Both experimental tests and pilot tests on fields on the performance verification of this technology show that the error limits of gas flow rate and liquid flow rate are ≤±2% and ≤±10% respectively,the accuracy of which reaches or even surpasses the international advanced level.
