两份《宣言》的特点及其对图书馆事业发展的影响

摘　　要：《图书馆合作与信息资源共享武汉宣言》和《中国图书馆服务宣言》的共同点在于都具有自律性、继承性、时代性,不同点在于视角不同、主题不同、价值指向不同。两份《宣言》作为我国图书馆的行业规范和指导性文件,对我国图书馆服务理念、服务实践、服务创新产生极为重要的影响,极大地促进了图书馆事业的发展。Although ＂Wuhan Manifesto for Library Cooperation and Information Resources Sharing＂ and ＂Library Services Manifesto＂ are common in their self-discipline, inheritance and epochal character, they are different in points of view, main topics and values. As the code of practice and guidance documents, two manifestos have critical effects on the library service concept, practice and innovation, and greatly improve the development of librarianship.
