摘　　要：E-LIS是图书情报学领域最大的开放存取学科库,由图书馆员和信息专家组成的国际性团队自愿建立和维护,目前收录有90个国家的5600个用户用37种语言存储的10000多篇文献,为图书情报学领域的作者、出版商和协会提供服务。政策管理是E-LIS正常运行的保障,因此E-LIS完成了政策的评估,并计划制订标准化政策与用户及其他利益者进行沟通。E-LIS还非常重视数字对象的长期保存问题,其文件格式及使用的软件都非常支持数字对象的长期保存。E-LIS is the largest Open Access subject based repositories in the field of library and information science, and is established and maintained voluntarily by an international team composed of librarians and information professors. At present, it contains more than 10 000 full text documents in 37 languages from more than 5 600 authors from 90 countries, and provides its services to authors, publishers and associations in the field. The policy management is the guarantee of normal operation for E-LIS, thus E-LIS has completed a policy assessment, and intends to formulate standardized policies and communicates with users and other stakeholder about it. E-LIS also attaches great importance to the long-term preservation of digital objects, its file formats and the software used for it helps to support the long-term preservation.
