摘　　要：绩效评价指标体系的构建需要遵循一定的构建原则和明确绩效评价指标描述框架。高校图书馆文献资源建设绩效评价指标体系由5个一级指标、25个二级指标和16个三级指标构成。海南医学院图书馆应用该评价体系模型进行了文献资源建设评价,从评价结果总结了本馆文献资源建设存在的问题,并以此为依据设定下个年度的资源建设目标,从而实现文献资源建设绩效目标管理。The construction of performance evaluation indictor system should observe certain principles and definite the descriptive framework of performance evaluation indictors. The performance evaluation indictor system of literature resources development consists of 5 primary indictors, 25 secondary indictors and 16 tertiary indictors. Hainan Medical College Library applies the evaluation indictor system, summaries problems of literature resources development, and sets the target of resource development in next year according to evaluation results, thus achieves the performance management by objectives of literature resources development.
