摘  要:针对某商用车怠速时转向盘振动问题进行研究,建立了传递路径分析模型。采用试验分析方法,对转向盘振动路径的贡献进行合成,验证了该模型可靠性。基于该模型进行主要贡献路径识别,发现是由于发动机后悬置因激励力大和灵敏度高引起的贡献量大,导致转向盘振动。经改进后悬置横梁,转向盘垂向振动明显减小,取得了良好的减振效果。The vibration of steering wheel was studied for a commercial vehicle which operates in idle conditions,and a transfer path analysis model was established in the paper.With experimental analysis method,the contribution of steering wheel vibration was synthesized and the model was verified.The main contribution paths identification based on the model reveals that vibration of steering wheel is caused by excessive high contribution due to high exciting force and sensitivity of rear engine mount.After the beam of engine rear mount is modified,vertical vibration of steering wheel is reduced apparently,and better damping effect is acquired.
