摘  要:目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定血锰的分析方法并进行不确定度评定。方法样品用0.2%HNO3溶解后直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行分析,测定时采用PdCl2-NH4NO3作为基体改进剂,利用程序升温,采用2步干燥和2步灰化法消除血液对信号的干扰。并依据JJF 1059-1999,对各不确定度分量进行分析评定。结果该方法线性范围为0~10μg/L,检出限0.057/μg/L,相关系数0.999 6,回收率96.08%~105.53%。结论该方法操作简便,快速,准确,符合生物材料中有害物质测定规范要求,可用于血锰的测定。[Objective]To establish a method for direct determination of manganese in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS),and evaluate its uncertainty.[Methods]Manganese in blood was directly determined by GFAAS after the samples were diluted with 0.2%HNO3.PdCl2-NH4NO3 were used as matrix modifier,using temperature programmed reaction,two-step drying and two-step ashing were used to eliminate the negative signal interference of blood.The evaluation of its uncertainty was discussed on the basis of JJF1059-1999.[Results]The linear range was from 0~10 μg/L,and the detection limit of the method was 0.057 μg/L,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 6.Recoveries in the range of 96.08%~105.53% were obtained.[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid and accurate,met the requirements of determination standard for hazardous substance in biological materials.It can be applied in the determination of manganese in blood.
