摘　　要：目的为了解热电厂劳动卫生学及作业人员健康状况。方法对某热电厂作业场所的环境监测资料和工人职业健康检查资料进行统计学整理分析。结果该厂除少数岗位粉尘浓度、噪声强度超标外,多数监测岗位的作业环境符合国家卫生标准;1 221名作业人员健康检查:听力损伤检出率为4.14%(6/145),高血压检出率17.36%,异常心电图检出率9.91%,异常胸片检出率8.11%,肝胆B超异常率6.88%。结论该企业主要的职业病危害因素是粉尘、噪声、高温。劳动者主要的健康问题是听力损害、高血压、心电图异常和肺部异常改变等。建议加强职业病危害环境治理,落实个人卫生防护措施,加强自我健康管理。[Objective]To understand the Occupational Hygiene and the health status of workers in a thermoelectric plant.[Methods]Statistical analysis was performed on the environmental data obtained from working area and physical examination data of workers in the thermoelectric plant.[Results]Except for standard exceeding of dust concentration and noise level in a few positions,the operating environment of most positions were in line with the national hygiene standards.Of 1 221 workers who received health examination,4.14%（6/145）had hearing impairment,17.36% had hypertension,9.91% of Abnormal ECG,8.11% of abnormal chest X-ray,6.88% of abnormal B-ultrasonic examination of liver and gallbladder.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazards in this plant are dust,noise and high temperature.The main health problems of workers are hearing impairment,hypertension,abnormal ECG and lung abnormalities.It is suggested to strengthen environmental governance against occupational hazards,to implement personal protection measures,and to strengthen the self-health management
