摘　　要：目的了解尘肺患者在治疗期间的护理需求情况,为开展尘肺病治疗的护理干预措施提供理论依据。方法回顾广西职业病防治研究院近年收治的246例尘肺患者的临床资料,结合尘肺治疗的相关项目,对患者的护理需求进行分析。结果通过对尘肺患者信息需求、技术需求和心理需求等进行护理干预,患者症状缓解,生活质量、活动耐受力均有提高。结论根据患者护理需求采取相应的护理干预措施,有助于取得最佳治疗效果。[Objective]To understand the nursing needs of pneumoconiosis patients during treatment,and provide theoretical basis for carrying out nursing interventions for the treatment of pneumoconiosis.[Methods]The clinical data of 246 cases of pneumoconiosis treated by Guangxi Hospital for Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment in recent years were retrospectively studied.And the patients＇ nursing needs were analyzed according to the related items of pneumoconiosis treatment.[Results]Through nursing interventions on information needs,technology needs and psychological needs of pneumoconiosis patients,the patients＇ symptom,life quality and activity tolerance were relieved and improved.[Conclusion]Nursing interventions based on needs of patients can help to achieve optimum treatment effect.
