摘　　要：目的通过对北京市怀柔区职业人群的健康状况的分析,了解该区企业的主要职业病危害,以便及时采取干预措施。方法收集整理2009年该区在岗职业人群的职业健康检查表,对其结果进行分析,找出职业危害的主要因素。结果怀柔区职业病危害因素主要为噪声、粉尘、苯系物、高温、氮氧化物、三氯乙烯、氯气、汽油、硫化氢、正己烷及职业病危害因素的联合作用,主要表现为听力,血液系统、神经系统,心血管系统,呼吸等系统的受损。结论怀柔区的职业病危害以制罐、冲压、汽车制造等行业的噪声为主,其次是从事粉尘和苯系物的作业。噪声、粉尘和苯系物的危害应成为职业卫生工作的防治重点。[Objective]To understand the main occupational hazards in Huirou District through analysis on the health status of occupational groups,so as to take intervention timely.[Methods]The occupational health checklist of occupational groups who worked in Huairou District in 2009 were collected and analyzed to indentify the main factors for occupational hazards.[Results]The main occupational hazards in Huairou District were noise,dust,benzene,heat,nitrogen oxides,TCE,chlorine,gasoline,hydrogen sulfide,hexane and the combined effects of occupational hazards which caused damage mainly on hearing,blood system,nervous system,cardiovascular system,respiratory system.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazards in Huairou District are the noise from the industry of cans production,punching,automobile manufacturing,followed by benzene and dust.The key point of occupational health is the control of the hazards of noise,dust and benzene.
