沈阳市苏家屯区2005—2009年风疹流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的掌握沈阳市苏家屯区风疹发病水平和流行特征,为制定风疹防制规划提供准确依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析沈阳市风疹疫情资料。结果 2005—2009年沈阳市苏家屯区风疹年均发病率为42.43/10万,各年度间发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;男女性别比为1.37∶1,男性发病率高于女性,分别为48.50/10万、36.21/10万,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;学生占62.94%,职业高峰明显;4、5月发病占66.31%,呈春季高发趋势;10~24岁年龄组发病占72.33%,呈典型的青少年高发趋势。结论加强学校传染病防治工作的领导,实施目标管理;开展卫生宣传和健康教育工作,提高防范意识和水平;加强专业人员培训,提高专业人员的业务和管理能力;加强监测预警工作,及时掌握疫情流行趋势;做好爆发疫情的调查处理,有效控制疫情扩散和蔓延。[Objective]To learn the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Sujiatun district of Shenyang city,provide the accurate basis for making the planning of rubella prevention and control.[Methods]The epidemic data of rubella in Shenyang city were analyzed with descriptive epidemiology.[Results]During 2005-2009,the annual average incidence rate of rubella in Sujiatun district of Shenyang city was 42.43/lakh,and there were significant differences in incidence rate among years（P0.01）.The ratio of male to female was 1.37∶1,the male incidence（48.50/lakh） was higher than that of female incidence（36.21/lakh） significantly（P0.01）.Students accounted for 62.94%,and there was an obvious occupational peak.The cases occurred in April and May accounted for 66.31%,which showed a peak season of spring.72.33% of cases were people aged 10~24 years old,and there was a typical trend of high incidence in youth.[Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen infectious diseases management in schools and carry out the objective management,to develop health propaganda and health education to improve the awareness and level of prevention,to strengthen training among the professionals to improve their business and management capacity,to enhance monitoring warning to learn the epidemic trends timely,to deal with the investigation and treatment of outbreaks to control the spread of epidemic situation.
