摘　　要：政策性农业保险是农业保险的一部分,但与其他农业保险相比,不但呈现出了其独有的特征,而且也赋有了更多的功能与作用。在结合实践的基础上,通过对政策性农业保险内涵的界定,深入辨析和推理了政策性农业保险的功能与作用;同时也通过对其作用路径的剖析,勾勒出了其功能与作用之间的内在联系。Policy-oriented agricultural insurance is a part of agricultural insurance.But compared with other agricultural insurances,it not only shows its unique characteristics,but also possesses more functions.Based on combining with the practice,through defining the connotation of policy-oriented agricultural insurance,the functions and effects of policy-oriented agricultural insurance were reasoned,differentiated and analyzed in-depth.At the same time,the internal relations between functions and effects were outlined by analyzing the effect pathway of policy-oriented agricultural insurance.
