摘　　要：论文阐述了渔业企业信息化模式的内涵、组成要素、影响因素,以及渔业企业信息化建设的目的和意义,从不同的角度对其进行了分类。在对中国渔业企业信息化的现状和存在的问题进行了分析的基础上,论文对渔业企业信息化的模式进行了探讨,提出了"一个核心,四个统筹"和"一方主导,四方共建,八方共享"的中国渔业企业信息化模式。最后,对今后中国渔业企业信息化的研究方向和研究重点进行了展望。The article expatiates on the connotation, components and influential factors of the informationization models of fishery enterprises, the purpose and significance of informationization construction of fishery enterprises. It also categorizes the informationization of fishery enterprises from different aspects. Based on the analyses of current status and problems of the informationization models of fishery enterprises in China, the article discusses the models of the informationization of fishery enterprises, and puts forward a Chinese informationization model of ＂one core, four overall-plans＂ and ＂one party dominates, four party construct, eight party share＂. Finally, the direction of informationization research and research priorities were discussed.
