摘　　要：随着先进CAD技术的广泛应用,注塑模具设计内容已发生了很大变化,传统的模具设计方法已不能适应企业的要求。以保鲜盒注塑模具设计为例,研究应用AutoCAD外挂LTOOLS进行点浇口注塑模具设计的整个流程。应用LTOOLS进行模具设计,可大大缩短设计周期,提高设计人员的工作效率。Owing to the increasing use of advanced CAD technology, the contents of injection mold design have changed greatly.Traditional methods of mold design cannot adapt the demands of companies.Taking the injection mold design of crisper as an example,the author studies the process of 2D mold design of pin gate mold using LTOOLS.Thus it can be seen that using LTOOLS can shorten the design cycle and improve the work efficiency of mold designer obviously.
