摘　　要：为了确保京唐504 m2带式焙烧机顺利投产和运行,对其适宜的原料配料方案、膨润土种类及配比、造球参数以及热工焙烧制度等进行了试验研究,为生产操作提供了参考依据。To ensure the smooth commissioning and operation of 504 m2 straigt-line grate furnace of Shougang Jingtang corporation,the experimental study on appropriate raw material proportioning scheme,bentonite type and proportion,balling parameters and thermal firing system etc.is carried out,which provides reference basis for production operation.
