摘 要:产业配套能力是企业在选择投资区域时最关注的外部条件。吸引投资是促进河南省经济发展的重要途径,利用产业配套能力来评估投资环境显得尤为重要。本文利用《2007年河南省投入产出表》,采用主成分分析法,识别出河南省目前存在18个具有内在经济联系的产业群。通过对各产业群的经济关联和空间分布的分析,发现林木产业群、耐火材料产业群是河南省配套能力最完善的产业群类型,煤电产业群和烟酒制品产业群的配套能力也相对完善,其余各产业群由于存在较低的产业关联度或空间分布过于分散,导致配套水平偏低。The production matching capability is a key factor of regional investment environment. To attract extra-investment is an important way to promote the economic development in Henan province. Therefore, it will be a valuable research to evaluate the investment environment from the perspective of the production matching capability. This study identifies 18 industrial groups in Henan province by using the principal component analysis based on the input-output table of Henan in 2007. After evaluating the values of forward linkage coefficient and backward linkage coefficient of the industry groups, the authors classify the 18 industry groups in Henan province into 8 types to analyze the industry relevance. Some industry groups, such as food processing, non-ferrous metals, forest and textile have a stronger industry relevance degree because they have higher forward and backward linkage coefficient. Other industry groups have low industry relevance degree due to the lower forward linkages coefficient or backward linkages coefficient, or both. This paper also analyzes the competitive industries of the 18 cities in Henan to determine the production matching radius of industry groups through the advantage regional of the core industries. The Findings indicate that some industry groups such as food manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, textile, steel industries have large production matching radius because the maximum distance of the advantage regional for these industry groups more than 350km. The others have short production matching radius. The results show that some industrial groups such as forest and refractory enjoy the highest level of matching compared with other industrial groups in Henan by analyzing the economic relationship and spatial distribution of each industrial group. Some others such as coal and electricity, tobacco and wine have a higher level of matching. However, the remainders have lower level of matching due to different reasons.
