基于考古遗址公园的城市文化生态系统研究——以西安市为例

摘　　要：考古遗址公园是大遗址保护与利用的主要形式,不仅具有文化传承的作用,也具有生态、经济方面的功能,已于城市发展密不可分。鉴于分区规划对大遗址的影响,结合考古遗址公园蓬勃发展的现状,本文提出利用西安市域内的5大遗址公园和浐灞生态园构筑围绕西安核心区域的"文化—生态廊道"的规划理念,希冀能够在西安地区形成一条由西向东脉络鲜明的中华民族文化地标线。Xi＇an, in ancient times known as Chang＇an with an ancient and continuous history approximately 3100 years, is located in the southern part of Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi province, which had served as the capital of 13 dynasties, such as Western Zhou （11th century BC - 771BC）, Qin （221BC - 206BC）, Western Han （206BC - 24AD）, Tang （618 - 907AD）. Therefore, Xi＇an is abundant in numerous and huge great sites, which take an important role in the urban ecosystem, such as its natural system, economic system and social system. Currently, the local government of Xi＇an is planning to build Heritage Park for protecting and making a reasonable use of great sites. In 2010, the government of Xi＇an City put forward a strategic plan about ＂Planning of Great Xi＇an＂ and ＂Governing the modern and ancient part of Xi＇an city in respectively＂, which is the powerful guarantee of the aim of Xi＇an to build the international metropolis and the international tourism destination. The two urban planning adopt the concept of district planning which are popular in the developed countries. It divides the urban space into different districts with different functions. In view of the impact of district planning to great sites and booming period of archaeological park construction, a Cultural - Ecological Corridor was proposed to link 5 great sites and Chanba ecological park together embracing the central area of Xi＇an City in this paper. Above of all, Cultural - Ecological Corridor will connect distributed great sites into a site line, which will centralize the typical culture ofZhou, Qin, Han and Tang Dynasty to form a historical corridor of ancient eastern culture in Xi＇an City. Secondary, Cultural - Ecological Corridor will construct a green barrier around the central area of Xi＇an with the function to purify the atmosphere and conserve the soil and water, which also can enhance the green rate of Xi＇an.
