摘 要:利用共振瑞利散射法测定阿莫西林的含量。在pH=9.5~9.9的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,阿莫西林和玫瑰精B作用后,共振瑞利散射显著增强,在306~378nm波长范围内呈现高的散射强度,并以340和372nm波长处的△IRRS最强。阿莫西林的质量浓度在0~0.4μg/mL范围内与△IRRS呈正比,据此建立了测定阿莫西林的共振瑞利散射法,检出限(3Sb/S)为0.045μg/mL。该法简便、快速、灵敏,用于痕量阿莫西林的测定,结果满意。The determination of amoxicillin was performed by resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) method.In pH=9.5~9.9 Tris-HCl buffer solution,the RRS intensity of rhodamine B in the range of 306~378 nm was greatly enhanced when amoxicillin was added,and the strongest △IRRS was located at 340 and 372 nm.The intensity of RRS was in proportion to the concentration of amoxicillin in the range of 0~0.4 μg/mL.A sensitive RRS method for the determination of amoxicillin has been developed with a detection limit(3Sb/S) of 0.045 μg/mL.The method showed advantages of convenience,rapidity,high sensitivity and was applied to the determination of trace amoxicillin with satisfactory results.
