摘　　要：本文以自制的15 N3-三聚氰胺作为内标,建立了测定乳制品中的三聚氰胺残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。方法的线性范围为1～1 000ng/mL,回收率为95.6%～98.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%～2.5%,检出限(S/N=3)为1ng/mL。该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,为三聚氰胺的检测提供了一种可靠实用的方法。A method for the determination of melamine in dairy products was established by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry（LC-MS/MS） with self-prepared 15N3-melamine as internal standard.A linear calibration curve was obtained ranging from 1 to 1 000 ng/mL.The limit of determination was 1 ng/mL（S/N=3） and the recovery was 95.6%～98.7%.The relative standard deviation（RSD） of peak area was 1.3%～2.5%.The method was proved to be accurate and sensitive for the determination of melamine residues in dairy products.
