摘 要:甘肃某铁矿虽然以磁铁矿为主,但由于磁铁矿嵌布粒度微细,磁铁矿单体解离度很低。单一磁选流程磨矿粒度-400目含量达85%,精选后精矿品位57%左右,精矿品位不达标。在原矿经过粗碎干选后,入选品位达到32.28%,经过磁选-重选联合流程,磨矿粒度-300目含量达85%,最高可获得铁精矿品位66.16%,产率32.45%,回收率71.69%的较好指标。Although the main mineral in the iron ore from Gansu is magnetite,but because of micro-fine particle size distribution of magnetite,its monomer dissociation degree is low.Single magnetic separation process can obtain an iron concentrate grading 57% at a final grinding size of 85%-400 mesh,the Fe grade of Fe concentrate is substandard.After primary crushing and dry separation of the crude ore,an iron concentrate with Fe grade of 66.16%,Fe yield of 32.45% and Fe recovery of 71.69% can obtained by a combined process of magnetic separation and gravity concentration at a feed grade of 32.28%.
